Dom Kultury Zameczek zorganizował Konkurs Plastyczny pt.: „Moja Mama”. Konkurs skierowany był do dzieci z przedszkoli i szkół podstawowych z Kielc i okolic. Miał on zwrócić uwagę na szczególną rolę matek we współczesnym świecie oraz ich niezwykły trud w godzeniu obowiązku rodzinnego i zawodowego. Na konkurs wpłynęło 320 prace spełniające kryteria podane w regulaminie. Jury, po obejrzeniu wszystkich prac, nagrodziło m.in. dziewczynki z naszego przedszkola. Pierwsze miejsce przyznano Ilianie Kupis a drugie Agacie Tokarskiej, które swoje prace wykonały pod kierunkiem pań Iwony Bzowskiej i Beaty Kaweckiej.
